First, find the submit link and hover over it as seen here:
click on “Submit Art” to get to the submissions page.
The submissions page looks like this, write a title and then click on “Choose”. 
Next, choose a category by clicking on the categories that apply to your work. Since this tutorial was made for Liz and I’m blindly assuming that she wants to submit Hoosier stuff, I’ve outlined that one here.
So, that’s what you’d use to upload a picture of Irwin Sparkes that you drew digitally.
Finally, choose your file that you want to upload, type a snazzy description, add keywords and agree to everything to upload. Click on “Upload File” and this box pops up.
Now it should take you to the prints page. Either don’t bother with it and let people buy prints off you or ignore the hell outta it and find the button that says “Nah, ta.”
